In addition to in‑person consultations at your residence, we also provide support through online communication tools.
Even if you decide not to use our services after the consultation, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Handling complex procedures on your own can require a significant amount of time and effort. We assist in reducing the stress associated with administrative procedures in Japan, including communicating with government offices and preparing or collecting the necessary documents.
During the initial consultation, we carefully listen to your situation, and no additional fees will be charged beyond what has been clearly explained in advance.
Money‑Back Guarantee
When our office accepts support for your visa application or related procedures, you will be asked to pay an initial deposit in accordance with legal requirements. If your application is denied and permission is not granted, we will refund the full amount of the deposit you have paid.
The fees include: government application fees, investigation and verification costs, transportation expenses, interpretation and translation fees, and service compensation.
※ If the information you provide is false and this is discovered by the administrative authorities, the refund policy above will not apply. Examples include: previous legal violations, failure to fulfill tax obligations, etc.

【Without Advisory Contract】
• Consultation: 3,000 yen / session
• Document Preparation: 10,000 yen
• Document Preparation + Application Submission (Representation): 20,000 yen
＜ Visa Services ＞
• New Visa Application: 100,000 yen (For clients with an advisory contract: 60,000 yen)
• Change of Residence Status: 70,000 yen (For clients with an advisory contract: 40,000 yen)
＜ Additional Costs ＞
※ If the case requires extensive investigation or long‑distance travel, actual expenses may be added.
